Scope of work:
Initial design phase
- Preparation of 2-3 distinctive conceptual architectural design approaches, including massing studies and preliminary plans.
- Preliminary assessment of key material choices and building systems.
Design development phase
- Development of the approved preliminary design into detailed architectural drawings including floor plans, elevations, and sections.
- Coordination and integration of the initial concepts for structural systems and MEP systems and their spatial requirements.
- Preparation of initial architectural specifications and material palettes.

- Four Building Elevations (North, South, East, West)
- General Sections and Wall Sections
