Scope of work:

Design development phase

- Design of the electrical, lighting, and low current distribution system.
- Design of plumbing and fire protection systems.
- Early coordination with architectural and structural disciplines.
Execution drawings phase, including:
- HVAC distribution drawings for all floors.
- Electrical and lighting distribution drawings.
- Low current and fire alarm drawings.
- Plumbing and sewage drawings.
- Fire protection system drawings.
- Equipment and device schedules.
