Scope of work

• HVAC Design: Includes load calculations and design of air ducts and pipes.
• Electrical Systems: Design of integrated electrical networks for the building.
• Lighting design: Studying the distribution and intensity of lighting to achieve visual comfort and energy efficiency.
• Power distribution: Design of distribution panels and main and branch feed lines.
• Sanitary/plumbing systems: include water supply, sewage, and stormwater drainage networks.
• Firefighting systems: Design of automatic sprinkler systems, fire heaters, and fire extinguishers in accordance with the NFPA code.
• Coordination plans: Preparing coordinated drawings to prevent conflicts between different disciplines
